Duties on the Work
- Within the Digital Product job family, there are a variety of roles with various responsibilities and skill requirements. We intend to create next-generation software Digital Products and solutions to meet risk management needs by utilizing cutting-edge tools and technology. Work with multiple risk strategy partners, technology teams, and other Digital Product teams to create and iterate on Digital Products that affect millions of customers and prospects.
The following is a basic explanation of the roles and skills:
- Develop a Digital Product vision and drive end-to-end Digital Product development, which includes market research, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, prioritizing, rationalization/globalization, feature & user narrative development, Digital Product design, and launch.
Design of Digital Product Solutions - Oversee the implementation of risky Digital Products, and use low-code technologies to promote global, reusable, and flexible design, prioritization, rule authoring, testing, integration, and Digital Product deployment. This cluster contains a wide range of roles with various technological needs ranging from Low-Code tools to Pro-Code programming abilities.
The selected candidate will be assigned to one of these roles based on fitting, company needs, and the candidate’s preference and experience.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
- Capability to drive project deliverables in order to accomplish business outcomes
- Ability to develop strong relationships, perform successfully across broad cross-functional teams, and inspire business partners to drive ground-breaking change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to learn rapidly and work independently on complex, unstructured initiatives.
- Customer-centered design strategy and experience building software digital products or services in collaboration with various business partners throughout the world
- Expertise with prototyping, iterative development, the Scaled Agile Framework, and effectively managing a backlog of activities
- SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python knowledge is preferred.
- Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, econometrics, or a related field of study is required.
- A master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, econometrics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- For an Analyst position, 1-2 years of expertise in product development, management, or a similar sector is required. Sr. Analyst role requires 3-4 years of experience in product development or management, or a related industry.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in an agile environment. For the Senior Manager position, 5+ years of expertise in Product Development or Management is necessary.
