Position Description:

Working directly with product managers, engineers, user research, content strategy, analytics, and product marketing should be something you feel at ease doing. You will be in charge of documenting the whole user journey for our scheduling experiences, as well as how our new brand guidelines will affect the complete end-to-end product experience across all surfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consider the user journey and product ecosystem holistically.
• Make deliberate, elegant answers to complicated challenges and effectively and persuasively communicate those ideas.
• Utilize and enhance current design paradigms while also working with our Design Systems team to advance the development of our design language and systems.
• Work together with technical and product teams from concept through delivery and beyond, always keeping the team’s priorities and goals crystal apparent.
• Work closely with PM and Engineering partners, as well as speaking with CustOps, users, and analyzing data in equal measure, to help identify important metrics in order to evaluate success and business effect. This will help you contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Develop and provide product consistency that is relevant and on-brand by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Brand, UXR, and UXCS. Examples of such products include information architecture, sitemaps, and wireframes that present chances for improvement.
• capable of coaching or mentoring more younger designers through relationship development and partnering.

QUALIFICATIONS

• six plus years of expertise
• With a focus on mobile devices, you should have extensive experience with wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and sketching for product and website design experiences. You should also have a passion for consistency, color, typography, photography, and animation.
• UX approaches, such as research, prototyping, testing, and iterating with an experimental and iterative attitude, are subjects of the author’s deep experience, facilitation, and understanding.
• Using a systems approach to design, applying service design and information architecture, and having the capacity to delve into the job with a sharp eye for even the tiniest details, you are able to work both broadly and deeply.
• POV and zeal for the goods you create and their effects on the world
