Position Description:

In this role, you will work in small, cross-app, interdisciplinary teams to re-imagine customer workflows and enable our vast, 3rd party developer community to create experiences that support and enhance our core services. You will be part of a community with a variety of styles, voices, and points of view that reflect the diversity of our customers. You will care for and shape our culture. You will design in the open to move fast and build experiences without seams. You will share and contribute to other’s work to make it better.

Responsibilities

  • Produce world-class interface designs from conception to completion.
  • Create and evaluate design solutions based on user research, user goals, and business needs.
  • Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, editors, engineers, and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly
  • Advocate for your design solutions by situating them within the context of business and user objectives.
  • Ability to travel for job occasionally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Design, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related subject, plus 3+ years of experience in interactive design and/or visual design OR equivalent experience
  • A portfolio demonstrating well thought through and polished end to end customer journeys

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Designing user experiences for enterprise and personal software and services
  • Developing and using established design ideas and interaction patterns
  • Aligning or influencing design thinking with teams working in other geographies
  • Knowledge of design components and pattern libraries
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities
  • Knowledge of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends Ability to generate highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts
  • Expertise in UX design tools, preferably Figma
