Position Description:

Figma’s Growth team is looking for a Product Designer. Growth is the landing party that is intimately concerned with the new user journey and ensuring that new users are prepared for success in Figma. Building growth loops, delving deep into data and analysis, building ideas, and experimenting your way to help connect people to value should get your creative juices flowing. The challenges on the Growth team should pique your interest in discovering new ways to meet consumer needs while guaranteeing Figma’s continued health and growth.
This is a full-time position that can be filled from one of our US hubs or remotely in the US.

What you will be doing at Figma:

• Participate to overall strategy and product direction decisions.
• Assist in the delivery and refinement of clear storytelling about product needs and potential.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with peers in product management, engineering, and design.
• Flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity images are created, collaborated on, and iterated on.
• Create and deliver high-quality product enhancements.

You could work on the following projects:

• Put yourself in the shoes of a new user and design excellent onboarding experiences.
• Experiment with ways to improve product uptake and upgrade to paying plans.
• Create hypotheses about what teams require in order to expand and bring on additional editors to Figma.
• Combine with research to unearth hidden chances for sharing convenience and simplicity.
