Responsibilities:
- Researching, designing, and launching new products and features in close collaboration with engineering and product
- Utilizing a first-principles design process to produce user interfaces that are simple, intuitive, and enjoyable
- Making sophisticated, approachable solutions from innovative, complicated intellectual ideas
- To maintain uniformity across all surfaces, design concepts, guidelines, and best practices should be defined and expanded.
- Encouraging the usage of user-centered design inside the company, performing qualitative and quantitative user research to guide and validate design decisions
Requirements:
- With an emphasis on digital products and user experience, you have experience designing products for at least three years.
- Every step of the design process, including research, wireframing, low- and high-fidelity design, and prototyping, are skills you have mastered.
- With your great communication and presentation abilities, you can work with others entirely remotely.
- You’re capable of adapting in a constantly changing environment and are at ease working on challenging and novel problems in developing technology.
- Your proficiency in visual design demonstrates your attention to detail, familiarity with design concepts, and understanding of aesthetics.
- You have prior Figma design expertise.
Good to haves
- You are experienced with web-based apps and cryptography.
- You’ve worked as a first designer or founder of a startup in its early stages.
- You can work within APAC business hours (AEST +/- 3).
