Position Description:

The dynamic group of Network Operations Center Technicians will be under the direction of the People Manager, who will be extremely important. In addition to providing assistance, communication, and chances for professional progress, the People Manager will be in charge of evaluating, developing, and appraising technicians while upholding a positive workplace culture and satisfying KPIs.
Among others, but not exclusively, responsibilities are:
- Give employees feedback on their performance, assist them in acquiring the skills they need, and discuss chances for performance improvement.
- Check staff performance and attendance to make sure they adhere to the criteria.
- Employees should be given jobs and projects based on their areas of strength and weakness.
- Plan employee gatherings, such as staff or team meetings.
- Track metrics for tickets, create and implement improvement strategies for items like effective resolution time
- Keep track of employee information, such as disciplinary records, and make sure that the correct documentation methods and guidelines are followed.
- Review employee performance assessments and offer comments for annual reviews as well as 30, 60, and 90-day reviews. Be the point of contact for inquiries regarding staff transfers or promotion opportunities.
- Maintaining information privacy will help an organization preserve its value.
- To enhance individual and organizational performance, constantly search for methods to improve the employee experience throughout the employee lifetime.
- Advocate for the employer brand both internally and externally by serving as an ambassador.
- Create and maintain strong working connections with other organizational leaders to guarantee a high level of participation in all company-wide initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Give the Network Operations Center a voice. Technicians should see to it that employee issues are handled or supported through the proper channels.
