Job Description:

At Enchanted Expeditions, we are looking for a Remote Office Assistant who can help keep things running smoothly in the office while also providing important support to our team. Superb planning abilities, meticulousness, and initiative are required for this position.

Jobs Performed:

  • Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations, including managing schedules, organizing records, and planning meetings.
  • Maintain professional demeanor while responding quickly and politely to emails, phone calls, and other forms of internal and external communication.
  • Document Management: Assist team members and projects by creating, formatting, and editing documents, presentations, and reports using software tools such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter and maintain information pertaining to travel reservations, bookings, client profiles, and other pertinent data into our database systems using data entry.
  • Interactions with Clients: Assist clients with all aspects of their bookings, including inquiries, changes, and cancellations, while providing outstanding support and service at all times.
  • Travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators should be contacted through vendor coordination in order to confirm reservations, get required paperwork, and address any issues that may occur.
  • Process Improvement: Seek out ways to innovate and collaborate in order to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve the entire customer experience.
  • Various projects and initiatives may be allocated to you by your supervisors or upper management. Your role is to provide support for these endeavors and ensure their success so that your firm can expand.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum requirement: completion of high school; preferred: bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant work experience, ideally in the tourism sector, in administrative assistance, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
