Among your responsibilities:

- Help out with the organization and preparation of the event by making necessary arrangements, such as booking locations, coordinating meals, and gathering supplies.
- Assist with payroll, employee records, and other administrative duties as requested by the HR and financial departments.
- Help team members plan their trips by reserving flights, hotels, and forms of transportation.
- Keep the lobby area, meeting rooms, and kitchen neat and tidy at all times.
- Management may appoint you to help with specific projects and responsibilities.
