Responsibilities:

• To identify the cause(s) of a disease, injury, or medical concern, ask intuitive questions.
• Make an educated diagnosis based on the patient’s medical history, examination, and tests, as well as scientific understanding.
• To learn more, prescribe and interpret lab testing.
• Write prescriptions and give thorough directions on how to take them.
• Work together as a high-performing medical team with doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other team members. Be able to continuously learn and innovate for better patient care and outcomes.
• Establish a compassionate and trusting environment with your patients.
• Be prepared to change and overcome obstacles when they come up in order to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Three (3) years of minimum experience as an APP in general practice, urgent care, or emergency medicine
• two(2) years of experience working as an APP in rural medicine
• must possess a current, unrestricted license
• Capacity to build connection with patients and give compassionate care
• strong familiarity with examination techniques, including lab testing, imaging, patient medical records, diagnostics, and interpretation of those results.
• extensive familiarity with common medications, adverse effects, and contraindications
• Respect toward patients’ privacy and autonomy over their own medical care
• Several APP licenses are advantageous.
• To work in the United States, one must have authorization.

Pay range: $50 to $80 per hour

This job requires a five-day workweek, which includes a weekend day. Shifts might begin at 2:00 PM and end at 12:00 AM.
