Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday.
Weekends and holidays are not necessary.
Travel expenses for business purposes could reach 10%.

You must have Medicare/Medicaid experience for this position, preferably as a nurse educator or case manager.

The long-term services and support (LTSS) training sessions will be provided by this learning and development role to new hires and current staff in Medicaid, ensuring that the training successfully transfers from the classroom back to the job and facilitates appropriate delivery of benefits and/or health information.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• Lowest: 58,760
• Up to: 125,840

Requirements:

Required credentials

• Prior training experience of at least a year
• Three or more years of clinical experience
• Active RN state license with no restrictions

Preferred Requirements

• Dynamo system knowledge
• 2+ years’ experience in Medicaid managed care
• Excellent platform skills and the capacity to communicate with individuals at various organizational levels in an effective manner. Basic awareness of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Understanding of all elements, including services and programs used by audiences (e.g. assessment tools)
• knowledge about the LTSS function being trained that is both clinical and technical.

Education: Nursing Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
