Responsibilities:
To assist the Identity Access Management team with the installation, administration, and maintenance of LDAP Directory Services – RadiantOne FID – VDS and ICS servers, Ping Directory, ODSEE Directory and Proxy servers, and IBM Tivoli directory server, we are searching for an experienced network engineer.
Weekly rotational on-call coverage for LDAP directory services is provided by our staff 24 hours a day. once every three to four weeks.
For this role, additional duties include:
- Conversion of ODSEE’s LDAP client applications to RadiantOne FID and Ping Directory.
- Setting up the necessary service accounts, ACIs, and working with the application teams to debug the migration and integration.
Communication between clients and servers, SSL cryptography, and load balancers. - To help troubleshoot LDAP client application issues, you’ll need to have a solid understanding of the Java JNDI API and other programming languages.
- Periodic LDAP log analysis for improved system performance and proactive incident prevention.
- Coordinating closely with the User Provisioning team to handle LDAP directory data.
- Linking user IDs from various LDAP directories, combining them into one directory, and moving client applications to the new directory.
- Building and troubleshooting virtual machines and load balancers for LDAP servers in collaboration with server infrastructure and network teams.
- Participating in a team environment and effectively interacting with management at all levels.
- Collaborating with other engineers and taking overall responsibility for the direction of LDAP/Authentication systems, access solutions, and LDAP directory server infrastructure in both the present and the future.

Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 115,000 minimum; 230,000 maximum
Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with Broadcom SiteMinder, Ping Federation, and/or LDAP Radiant Logic are required qualifications.
Preferred Requirements
- Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities are needed.
- IAM Deployment & Cloud Architecture (AWS and Azure).
- Practices for information security.
- Certifications, such as the CISSP.
- A readiness to use novel tools to tackle new difficulties.
- Understanding of single sign-on needs for Java and.Net-based applications.
Education: Verifiable A computer science bachelor’s degree is preferred. High school diploma or GED necessary, as well as equivalent work experience.
