Responsibilities:

Client Services Experts are in charge of managing a heavy influx of incoming calls while offering first-rate client service. Customers that phone in for assistance already have a loan.

• Takes calls and emails from customers and reacts to them.
• Helps with ACH cancellations and setups
• Handling credits, adjustments, and payments
• Handle correspondence via mail
• Aiding clients in accessing the payment portal
• Figuring out loan payments
