Job Description:
As an American Greetings merchandiser, you play a critical role in our company’s mission to help people celebrate holidays, each other, and all of life’s great occasions by improving the world one small act at a time. We are seeking merchandisers to work in retail settings servicing the American Greetings Department.
Principle Accountabilities:
- As necessary, merchandise and keep up all product displays in the greeting card department and other parts of the store.
- Put your good time management abilities to use in a hectic retail setting.
During daytime retail business hours, partner and develop connections with management and associates of retail stores. - To do fundamental job responsibilities including time entry, inventory management, weekly service and task reviews, etc., use a tablet supplied by the company.
Needed Experience:
- Absolutely No Experience Required! We will educate you!
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability of dependable transportation because most routes involve several retail sites
- Satisfy schedule requirements; have access to dependable internet to get important job information and updates – On occasion weekends, the day before and after significant holidays as required (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
