Job Description:

In charge of ensuring Associates are processing quickly and effectively and collaborating with others while upholding receiving and merchandising standards. Makes sure every customer has a great experience by talking and connecting with them all and keeping the store tidy and well-stocked. Excellent customer service is modeled by role.

• Makes the consumer experience both inside and outside pleasant
• Encourages an honesty and integrity culture; keeps things private
• Drives the vehicle, giving processing the goods onto the sales floor top priority.
• Mentors and trains Associates on well accepted processing and merchandising concepts
• Makes sure products are coded, hung, fastened, and marked correctly.
• Ensures effective flow of products to sales floor by communicating with the Coordinator on Duty.
• Assures Associates finish jobs and activities in accordance with the store strategy; sets priorities as appropriate
• tracks team and coach output as needed
• Sorts and turns back stock for simple restocking
• keeps the sign standards and merchandising concept up to date.
• keeps the backstage space clean, organized, and recovered to all requirements.
• makes ensuring hazardous waste and recycling programs are followed, if relevant.
• When establishing and resolving priorities, communicates clearly and successfully with Associates and management; offers progress updates
• Gives and receives praise and helpful criticism
• Partners with Management on Associate Training Needs to Boost Performance
• makes sure all labor laws, regulations, and practices are followed.
• Encourages credit and loyalty schemes
• encourages and takes part in initiatives and objectives for reducing store shrinkage
• encourages safety consciousness and keeps the surroundings safe
• additional responsibilities as assigned

The Person We Seek Is You!

• Capable of working a variable schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; detail-oriented; multitasking
• Capable of reacting suitably to unanticipated events or direction changes
• Team player who collaborates well with superiors and peers
• Strong enough to raise bulky items with or without suitable modification
• Competent in imparting training
• Retail experience of one year and leadership experience of six months
