Responsibilities:
Building a solid, diversified, and values-driven leadership pipeline for Delta is the goal of the Commercial & CX Strategy MBA program. Delta is looking for MBAs to help with some of the company’s major problems and maintain a competitive edge in the market because business needs are constantly changing. The focus of this 12-week summer internship program is a strategic project from one of the Commercial and CX departments listed below, all of which are situated in our Atlanta headquarters:
- Design onboard and airport product upgrades that are accessible to millions of travelers each year, or dig deeply into customer data to identify patterns and create CX-improving action plans.
- To keep market share, look into the pricing strategies of other companies and start sales and other promotions. analyze and comprehend the nuances of airline passenger behavior, and come up with innovative ways to increase revenue by changing the product’s supply.
- To enhance customer service, staff engagement, and cost efficiency, develop suggestions for process changes for reservation centers, phone handling, and segmentation.
- Creating online marketing plans and locating additional digital revenue sources will help Delta.com keep its edge over rivals.
- Utilize data to create channel and promotion strategies that will increase passenger revenue or enhance our customer communications that are based on our company’s values.
- Find ways to collaborate more effectively and create synergies with our joint venture partners.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
- Candidates must have a planned graduation date from an MBA program by the summer of 2025 and must have successfully completed the first year of an MBA program by the summer of 2024.
- Current MBA students are required.
- Prior to enrolling in business school, students must have at least three years of post-undergraduate, full-time work experience.
- For the duration of the internship, you must be able to work on-site in our Atlanta, Georgia, office.
