Position Description:
A marketing operations specialist with a strategic mindset is needed by Human Interest to help develop and maintain our marketing technology stack, which includes audience segmentation, marketing automation, email development, and deployment. The effectiveness of our marketing, sales development, customer success, and onboarding teams is greatly enhanced by automation.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist marketing and report to the Head of Growth Operations. To drive bookings and revenue growth at Human Interest, this position, which is part of the larger Revenue organization, will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing, Brand & Content, Product Marketing, Product Design, Data, Revenue Operations, and various product teams.
What you are able to do each day
- Control operational (transactional) and marketing email inquiries (audience, build, test, deploy)
- Organize audiences for marketing automation across all platforms, including but not limited to marketing automation, CRM, and product databases
- Assist with the development of email sequences for our Sales Engagement platform by working together with Sales Development, Customer Support, and the larger revenue team (SEP)
- Manage our marketing automation system, ensuring data integrity and access limits.
- Create and implement lead nurturing strategies in close collaboration with Lifecycle Marketing.
- Wherever possible, use automation strategically to increase efficiency.
- In order to enable internal stakeholders more efficiently complete their task and improve the customer experience, find innovative technical solutions to unusual situations.
Your contributions to the job
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations or marketing operations
- 2 years of platform marketing automation experience, with preference for HubSpot
- Experience using A/B testing frameworks to drive business results in email and user interfaces
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and build relationships across departments
- Enthusiasm for anything MarTech
- Although not essential, a bachelor’s degree is encouraged.
