Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing current contact lists, locating new companies, and compiling contact lists utilizing a number of networking tools.
  • Track, submit, and preserve all press releases and marketing materials.
  • Create and oversee marketing initiatives.
  • Create effective research ideas and plans in collaboration with the account management team.
  • Revise and update annual media and marketing calendars.

Requirements:

  • Experience with less than a year is desired
  • It’s advantageous to be proficient with spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and writing skills
  • The capacity to manage time-sensitive requests in a hectic setting.
  • Understanding of email marketing tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft
  • Proven expertise with offsite
  • Experience with partners is greatly desired
