To expand the team, we are looking for marketing specialists. The people who fill these positions are in charge of carrying out A+ patient engagement and channel market activities. Working with partner practices, this position will implement ongoing patient communications improvement initiatives to forge strong bonds and accomplish quality and performance targets through marketing initiatives. In order to carry out campaign outreach, this position will work with a variety of internal departments and keep in close contact with vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outreach programs that increase patient involvement and educate our target audiences about value-based contracts.
  • Encourage the execution of fresh plans and collaborations between our market teams.
  • Utilize internal resources or outside contractors to carry out patient outreach in support of print, production, postage, and technology programming for patient communication campaigns involving outbound phoning, texting, email, digital media, direct mail, and in-clinic materials.
  • Create project schedules and strategies, oversee various resources, business, additionally Get quotations from outside vendors and make sure the task is completed within those spending limits.
  • To assist field teams with customizing content in My Practice, coordinating communications, and gathering feedback during office hours, create training videos and documentation.
  • In order to guarantee that a completely implemented project plan is implemented from inception to the finished product, respond to marketing demands by overseeing necessary business needs, timelines, and engagement with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

Experience, aptitudes, and skills needed:

  • Over two years of experience in project management and channel marketing
  • familiarity with direct mail, print, and text messaging marketing operations
  • utmost care in recording task specifications, proofreading, and quality control best practices

Preferred Level of Education and Experience: Knowledgeable about creating messages and content to encourage patient participation in healthcare
