Position Description

24 Seven Talent, a leading talent recruitment company, is seeking a skilled candidate for a Marketing Program Manager position. The client specializes in advanced technology products related to cloud computing, online advertising technologies, search and software. The position requires managing digital integrated marketing campaigns and providing support to key product updates across the US, Canada, APAC, and EMEA in the smart home products space.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing strategies. The job responsibility encompasses developing briefs, creating and maintaining launch processes, tracking milestones, and ensuring launch readiness. In this role, the Manager will oversee the executions of marketing campaigns across teams, which include Product Marketing, Product Management, UX, Creative, Advertising, Social, Web, Email, and Channel Marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and anticipate problems. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work in an open environment and manage critical projects with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The candidate should have at least 3-7 years of program management experience in a fast-paced tech industry environment. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage critical projects and deadlines are required. Experience with managing marketing campaigns and production teams, influence at all levels, and working autonomously are pluses. The role is a full-time position with a salary range of $50-70 per hour DOE. The duration of the position is one year to start with the potential for extensions. The position is hybrid, 3 days a week, with a residence in the Bay Area.
