DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for a marketer who can forge connections throughout the firm and is solutions-oriented. You can manage several campaigns and initiatives at once because you are well-organized and resourceful.
You will collaborate closely on the creation, dissemination, and implementation of our regional B2B marketing strategy with partners from throughout the business as well as team members who are based in the target markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead marketing strategy, campaign execution, and analysis independently for a subset of US Enterprise customers while collaborating directly with the team on global research and product launch go-to-market strategies.
- Establish Spotify Advertising as the preferred audio channel by promoting awareness of and support for the Spotify Advertising offering among Enterprise advertisers and their agents.
- Serve as the team’s principal spokesperson for the US B2B strategy, contributing to the overall business plan.
- Take the lead in creating a market-specific program for customer advocacy, including a case study approach.
- You will run campaigns on the owned digital and social media, paid channels, newsletters, industry sponsorships, and owned events of Spotify Advertising.
- Adapt marketing materials for your advertiser segment (e.g., vertical), staying true to our overall narrative while adding relevance with specialized topics, facts, and insights.
- Engage in collaboration with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Advertising Sciences, and Scaled Marketing Services. Oversee external production partners, companies, and suppliers for various projects and campaigns.
- In collaboration with the regional and international PR teams, support any trade PR initiatives.
- Find important regional trade shows and industry gatherings in the US to collaborate with and expand Spotify’s industry presence through sponsorship, speaking engagements, activations, and attendance.
- Recap all actions and track crucial metrics highlighting learnings, accomplishments, and takeaways to make sure future marketing decisions are informed by data.
- Budgets for programs, departments, and events should be reconciled. You should also make sure that payments are made on time and that POs are processed and suppliers are set up.
QUALIFICATION:
- With 7-9+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a comparable B2B marketing capacity, you are a customer-focused marketer.
- You have a thorough knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem and a keen interest in content marketing and experiential marketing.
- You are both creative and analytical, and you are comfortable sifting through data to fine-tune your strategy. You also have excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
- You’ve worked with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage, lead, and analyze campaigns, as well as Google Slides to create sales materials.
- You are capable of working independently, in a small group, and cross-functionally with other departments both domestically and abroad.
- You are a proactive self-starter accustomed to working in a hurried setting. You are a highly organized, concentrated multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
- You have the power to control your spending and bargain with vendors.
