Position Description:

We’re searching for someone with a solid track record who has a wealth of knowledge in managing critical business KPIs, conducting quantifiable experiments, and expanding performance marketing campaigns. The ideal applicant will be analytical, meticulous, skilled in effective communication, self-sufficient in problem solving, and driven to make a difference at Galileo.

Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of performance marketing and paid media operations and execution to meet growth (user growth, scale) and efficiency (ROI, quality) objectives.
  • Drive the development of new channels, paid marketing strategy, and an experimental roadmap for Galileo’s various target segments. Ensure that senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and the team are all informed clearly on the strategies.
  • Lead reporting and KPI development for paid marketing success. Improve Galileo’s comprehension of client segmentation and the conversion process.
  • Create and develop frameworks and solutions in collaboration with analytics to guarantee that measurement, reporting, and insights are effectively conveyed and have an impact.
  • Develop, test, and deliver creative and content that drives performance and advances our brand in collaboration with integrated marketing, creative, and product marketing.
  • Keep in touch with media partners and outside agencies to enhance and scale campaign performance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • executing performance-driven advertising across digital media for at least six to eight years (paid search, paid social, Youtube, display, affiliate). A plus would be a subscription, consumer, SMB, or healthcare-related experience.
  • a desire to start new businesses and establish growth plans while having an analytical outlook on testing and learning.
  • Solution-focused with a solid grasp of measurement, attribution, and adtech solutions to guide and influence marketing stack decisions.
  • knowledge of business intelligence and web analytics tools including Looker, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adjust, and Segment.
  • Ability to explain creative needs and findings and creative testing methodologies to improve performance
  • With the ability to foster collaboration and consensus across marketing, design, product, operations, and finance, strong communication skills are a must.
