Position Description:

This is a high-profile position that has a substantial impact on millions of Healthline customers each month. You will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Director and will be the Lifecycle Marketing team’s leader.

What You’re Going to Do

  • Lead Newsletter programs from start to finish, including coordination, inventory management, and program execution.
  • Create user journey-based engagement and retention tactics that foster long-term relationships with our user base and meet their needs.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data, gain a thorough grasp of the Healthline audience segments and their needs.
  • Create and test new services and features to suit user needs; measure and report your results proactively.
  • Provide proactive data-driven insights to aid in the testing and optimization of new and existing initiatives.
  • Plan and carry out constant testing (new products, templates, content, topic lines, and so on) to continuously enhance performance and unlock growth levers.
  • Handle sponsorships to ensure consistent delivery and growth across several monetization models.
  • Project manage lifecycle marketing experiences that boost subscriber lifetime value in collaboration with product, design, and editorial (LTV)
  • Monitor, track, and report on the impact of your initiatives to become a thought leader in lifecycle marketing.

What We’re Seeking

  • At least 5 years of direct experience managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns
  • At least three years of hands-on experience working in a customer engagement platform is required (e.g. Sailthru or Iterable)
  • Good analytical abilities and experience working with data and reporting
  • Expertise managing entry-level/associate marketers with excellent project management abilities and cross-functional collaboration
  • Capability to design a quarterly roadmap with ambitious milestones (including quantifiable KPI targets) and to efficiently execute on that approach
  • Excel proficiency (we also use SQL and Tableau)
  • A/B testing, experiment design, and marketing analysis experience
  • Excellent conversion-oriented copywriting abilities
