Position Description:

The Sage Group’s client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and development of their website’s digital presence. You will be in charge of a specialized cross-functional team responsible for planning, creating, and publishing compelling content for both owned and paid digital experiences. The ideal candidate would be online knowledgeable, creative in telling stories, and understand how to drive our ecommerce business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategy, timetable, creative briefs, and reporting for all digital projects (site and social) from inception to completion.
  • Participate in a brand integrated marketing meeting to explain digital concepts and functional strategies.
  • Manage the digital budget to ensure that our resources are allocated to the most effective and efficient channels.
  • Contribute to the brand’s and e-short- commerce’s and long-term digital visions.
  • With market research, web trends, and analytics, you may become an expert in understanding consumer behavior and thinking, and then address those demands with confidence. Work with the digital experience and ecommerce teams to deliver the product and consumer assets needed for production, as well as supervise all aspects of production.
  • Manage content requirements and develop an overall content strategy for digital channels. Work with internal teams to create and implement the brands’ social media and paid marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration with internal team to build SEM and SEO initiatives to efficiently maximize all distribution channels.
  • Set up, measure, analyze, and report on on-site experience results, as well as provide recommendations to improve UX.
  • Work together to create brand-specific email campaigns and offer cross-functional content.
  • Search for new, industry-specific opportunities in the creative and technical areas of digital, technology, and e-commerce development on a regular basis.

  • Competence with important digital platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • A mobile experience is required.
  • E-commerce is required.

Education/Training Requirements:

  • BA/BS with a business or journalism emphasis desired.
  • 3 to 5 years of expertise in digital and/or content marketing, providing consumer-focused online experiences.
