Position Description:
Brand Manager, Health & Wellness will be in charge of developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives for Golden Hippo’s Health & Wellness brands. The job oversees important contacts and develops and maintains internal processes to assure plan execution. It is also in charge of supervising brand growth and profitability.
What You Will Do:
- Set high-level business priorities and targets to drive brand performance; lead and manage the development and implementation of an integrated brand growth plan based on insights and analysis.
- Handle the planning and tracking of the brand’s profit and loss.
- Tracks and analyzes pertinent information in order to make appropriate business suggestions.
- Contributes to and makes recommendations on major elements of the marketing plan and long-term strategy.
- Responsible for the brand’s income, operating expenditures, and overall profitability.
- Through business research and insights, you can help your company flourish. Deliver pertinent reports, gather critical competitive intelligence, generate insights, and communicate findings. Seeks out new ideas and comprehends important drivers of brand growth.
- Participate actively in omnichannel marketing activities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives relating to brand maintenance, optimization, and revitalization, product improvements, and higher customer lifetime value via email sales, SMS, subscriptions, and other post-purchase channels as appropriate. Investigate, test, and assess worthwhile non-internet channels (ex. TV, print, radio, retail, etc.).
- Oversee the development and optimization of new customer acquisition programs for the brand with a focus on ad spend and ROI targets.
- Lead the brand’s new product innovation process; create a consistent and efficient pipeline of high-potential new items.
- Manage the performance, development, and optimization of branded websites.
- To guarantee a consistent user experience at branded touchpoints, manage branding across all assets.
- Ensure the effectiveness of all external partnerships, resources, and organizations (i.e. PR, affiliates, etc.).
- Senior management should be informed of brand strategies and activities.
- Recruit as needed to build a high-performing brand team.
- Further responsibilities may be allocated.
- Become an expert in the category of Health & Wellness.

- Experience in Consumer Packaged Products for at least 5 years
- Preferably 7-10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods.
- Experience leading and/or managing teams for at least two years is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- MBAs are preferred.
- Traveling ability as needed
