Position Description:
The goal of the Digital Marketing Automation Manager is to create best-in-class marketing automation and communication capabilities by fusing business strategy, customer experience, technology, and data. Please take note that this position’s work location is FLEXIBLE! This role provides for hybrid scheduling and 100% remote work from home or from any of our main office locations.
Your Contributions Will Be:
- Create and implement solutions that improve the operation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the suite of products, and the data links between it and Sales Cloud (and other data sources) in order to improve and advance marketing campaigns and capabilities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operation teams to design, create, and deliver email campaigns from beginning to end.
- In collaboration with the operations team, manage the request process for email campaigns, including gathering specifications, obtaining approvals, and doing pre-deployment testing.
- Use AMPScript to retrieve dynamic content and tailored data depending on consumer factors from various data extensions.
- Manage the upkeep and/or improvement of the marketing database and the campaigns, including the creation of various data integration solutions.
- Create basic and complicated SQL queries to categorize, analyze, and report on your audience.
- Create unique cloud pages and forms for the collection and processing of subscriber data into SFMC and SFDC.
- Describe how new capabilities can improve marketing strategy. Make suggestions.
- overseeing and managing the digital campaign calendar to guarantee that each campaign is carried out on schedule.
- Implement content marketing tactics that provide targeted audiences with pertinent content.
- Ensure that local, state, and federal privacy and governance laws are followed in all marketing interactions.
- In order to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns, communicate frequently with the marketing teams involved and closely brainstorm and collaborate on original concepts.
- To ensure the success of deployments, API calls, data feeds, etc., closely cooperate with project managers, marketing consultants, data scientists, IT, and web developers.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of expertise using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation technology platforms.
- Experience designing and creating sophisticated data-driven email marketing strategies for three years or more.
- advanced proficiency with SQL, JavaScript, CSS, AMPScript, and APIs
- possess a solid experience in technology, including understanding of integrating various platforms and marketing channels.
- Outstanding capacity to detect issues, think strategically, and solve difficulties.
- Excellent organizational, time management, project management, and analytical skills.
