Position Description:

The website/digital marketing manager will oversee web design, social media, and SEO tactics for DreamBox’s marketing team. The position will be a part of the team responsible for brand awareness and interaction with school system administrators.

The Website/Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of overseeing website updates. They will direct SEO tactics to boost website traffic and rating. They will oversee the distribution of content via owned channels, such as social media, paid advertisements, and business websites.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish, rank, carry out, and discuss website improvements.
  • using the CMS to publish and update website content (Laravel Nova and WordPress).
  • defining bugs and enhancements on the website by creating and prioritizing tickets and requests.
  • proactive website reviews for business to find & implement improvements.
  • By conducting keyword research with SEMRush & Google Search Console, you may build and direct an SEO plan.
  • Enhancing website performance by using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Manage the website’s GDPR tactics and cookie consent tool.
  • Utilizing Sprout Social, you can plan posts and manage your social media strategy. Analyze metrics to increase community involvement.
  • Identify and put into practice digital channel content syndication strategies.

What You Do:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • knows HTML, CSS, and JavaScript very well.
  • Experience with UI/UX and graphic design is preferred.
  • Experience establishing new websites, setting objectives, managing deliverables, and managing stakeholder communication. Proficiency with social media, SEO, and marketing analytics tools, such as SEMRush and Google Analytics (e.g. Sprout Social)
  • Strong communication abilities in both written and spoken English
  • Strong QA and troubleshooting abilities; self-starter with a keen eye for detail; familiarity with deployment procedures and git repositories
  • managing website agency connections with experience
  • Preferably with a BSc or BA in marketing, computer science, design, or a related discipline
  • a valid work permit for the United States
