Working at Web Scribble as a Marketing Coordinator, you will be essential to the implementation and success of numerous marketing campaigns. Working with cross-functional teams, you will create and carry out marketing plans that advertise our career center software and encourage client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Help with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns through a variety of media to produce leads and advertise Web Scribble’s offerings.
- Provide assistance in the creation and upkeep of marketing collateral, such as brochures, sales presentations, and other materials.
- In charge of social media accounts, produce interesting material, and keep an eye on performance indicators.
- To find areas for expansion and improvement, study market trends and industry research.
- Help maintain and update the business website to provide accurate content and the best possible customer experience.
- Organize and assist with the preparation and conduct of marketing events, such as conferences, trade exhibits, and webinars.
- Work together with the sales team to offer marketing assistance and resources for generating leads and new business prospects.
- Key marketing indicators should be tracked and reported on to determine the ROI and efficacy of campaigns.
Requirements:
- One to two years of marketing experience, ideally working for a software or IT company.
- Excellent planning abilities and painstaking attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking; capacity to express ideas succinctly and clearly.
- familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Capacity to efficiently prioritize and multitask in a hectic setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, as well as the capacity for quick thinking
