Establishing strategic alliances and generating new business are the Market Director’s primary responsibilities. Engaging high net worth individuals and luxury real estate professionals will occupy your days as you use your sales prowess and presentation abilities to close new auction deals.

As the point person for a specific region, you’ll enjoy overseeing various prospecting initiatives while maintaining our integrity and consistency standards. You will have the chance to expand your network and play a major part in our ongoing success in the luxury real estate industry in this capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Market the company’s auction services proactively to influencers, agents, and sellers.
  • Create a network to reliably produce agent referrals for luxury real estate.
  • In the designated regions, carry out in-person sales activities, such as office presentations.
  • Be aware of and speak up about any other company auctions that are going on.
  • Use CRM and additional tools to carry out daily, planned prospecting and follow-up in order to meet objectives.
  • Utilize outside resources and the company database to find leads.
  • Create agreements and proposals for auction marketing for new customers.
  • Finalize and carry out auction contracts with new customers.
  • Update the company’s CRM and lead management tools on a regular basis.
  • Behave and look professionally, adhering to the requirements of the luxury market.
  • Work together across departments to achieve business success.
  • Participate in team calls for the auction, assist with marketing initiatives, and stay in regular contact with the inside project manager.
  • Continue to be accessible for the Closing and Auction Teams, enhancing the efficacy of the team as a whole.

Requirements:

  • A solid academic foundation with pertinent internships or coursework, or more than five years of experience in sales of luxury real estate, company development, or similar activities.
  • a track record of building relationships and generating new business, ideally in luxury real estate or a closely connected field.
  • profound knowledge of or openness to learning about the dynamics of the premium real estate industry.
  • Excellent presenting and sales abilities, with the capacity to create agreements that are closed and offers that are convincing.
  • a strong network or the capacity to establish one, including the ability to get recommendations from agents of luxury real estate.
  • familiarity with CRM lead management tools and organized prospecting.
  • willingness to spend the night anywhere in the designated area if necessary.
  • professionalism in behavior and appearance, acting honorably as the company’s representative.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and dedication to the company’s core values—innovation, openness, and cooperation—are present.
  • the capacity to set up and follow routines on their own, multitask well, and manage time well.
  • Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, real estate, business administration, or a similar discipline.
  • a love of high-end real estate, lifelong learning, and having a positive influence on others.
  • Periodically, overnight travel can be required.
  • Real estate license must be obtained within ninety days of the start date.
  • Licensed Realtors are currently required to transfer any and all real estate licenses to Concierge Auctions in cases where the business maintains an active brokerage.
