Position Description:

This manager position in Global Program & Investment Management (GPIM) will work with a team of Project Analysts to support numerous initiatives involving Capabilities, Technologies, Global Capacity and Contact Management (GCCM), and the Business, among others. Along with these cross-functional teams, the manager will actively participate in all phases of the projects.
With innovative insights, strategic partnering, and rigorous delivery, the GPIM team provides exceptional service value and engagement across GSG.

• Leading the delivery of strategic and transformational GSG projects and programs • Working on high-impact, executive-sponsored strategic projects in critical focus areas (product development, market sizing, international expansion, and membership strategy) • Setting strategic direction, identifying projects, establishing deliverables, setting milestones for projects, and delegating work as appropriate
• Managing project scope, sequencing, and prioritization • Creating communications and updates for key stakeholders/leadership • Partnering with all impacted groups across the organization to ensure strategy and procedural alignment • Synthesizing insights from multiple sources and utilizing frameworks to logically and concisely structure information

Minimal requirements:

• Three years of project management experience
• Working Hours in the United States
