To join our team, we are looking for a competent and driven Manager of Talent Development. You will: in this position:
Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of creating, developing, and implementing a thorough talent development strategy that complements company goals and fosters employee development.
- Have expertise in talent management and development, be able to collaborate with other departments to achieve goals, and have great leadership abilities.
- To promote employees’ professional development, create, develop, and implement talent development programs that include coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Work together with other departments to determine skill gaps and create training plans that will fix those gaps.
- Conduct training needs analyses and data analysis to pinpoint areas that want improvement.
- Develop career routes and employee career development plans in collaboration with HR and leadership.
- Create metrics and dashboards to assess the performance of talent development programs and inform senior leadership of your findings.
- Give a group of talent development experts leadership and direction.
- Work together with outside suppliers and partners to create and implement talent development programs.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:
- At least 60,300
- The most: 130,000
Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.
Requirements:
Required credentials
- Expertise in learning and development, talent development, or a related field for at least five years
- Experience creating and implementing talent development initiatives for five years or more
- 3+ years of proven expertise creating metrics and using data analysis to inform business decisions

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work both individually and with others in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of instructional design ideas and learning theories
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a closely related subject, or equivalent experience
