Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accomplishment of all Delta operational Delta Sky Club leaders’ and teams’ daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans in accordance with the club’s strategic plan.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the club’s guest satisfaction goals
  • Aid in formulating and carrying out the club’s financial goals
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct routine meetings of the operation’s performance leaders.
  • Daily direct monitoring of Club operations to ensure high-quality product and service delivery
  • Aid in the timely creation of marketing and sales initiatives for the Club.
  • Accountable for ensuring that all service team members receive the necessary training to provide the highest level of quality.
  • Look into and quickly fix problems with quality and service
  • Plays a crucial role in the hiring, training, and selection of new team members
  • Positivity in your leadership style will motivate your team to perform to their highest potential.
  • Participate in and have an impact on improving each Club.
  • Help in creating the annual Delta Sky Club budget
  • Controls labor costs and the annual budget of the vendor.
  • Manage food handling according to sanitation regulations.
  • Recognize and control all Clubs contract purchasing processes
  • Respect local, state, and federal laws and regulations when managing
  • Encourage and uphold high levels of team member satisfaction and empowerment.
  • Make financial operating plans for the short and long terms.
  • Improved action plans can be determined via statistical analysis.
  • Develops strategic and operational initiatives to foster a safety-conscious culture that will improve worker security and welfare.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

  • For this position, a solid background in hospitality is necessary.
  • Managing food and beverages for at least 8 years
  • Being able to integrate operational planning with financial and operational data
  • The capacity to analyze data on visitor satisfaction, come to conclusions, and successfully execute change
  • Possesses a strong capacity to design and influence bigger business operations without exercising direct control.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Must be doing their current job satisfactorily
  • Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
  • Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
  • Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.

WHAT (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE
