To successfully handle the transition of health and welfare benefits for National Accounts, Public and Labor, and PEO Clients, the Implementation Manager collaborates both internally and externally with brokers and clients. The IM cultivates solid, long-lasting relationships with clients and the consulting community by offering specialized service from pre-sale advice through initial post-sale client administration.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the single point of contact for the execution of benefit plans; mediates and manages the settlement of all project deliverables and implementation-related difficulties.
- Develops and implements a strategy in line with client expectations; makes sure the plan is carried out in compliance with any performance guarantee agreements.
- Effectively controls the dynamics of the implementation team and gives fellow team members guidance or coaching to ensure the overall success of the implementation process; encourages team members to complete their obligations and assignments.
- Determines appropriate solutions to meet client needs while minimizing damage on Aetna systems and operations by evaluating the impact of customer-requested exceptions; To reduce expense gaps, it identifies, communicates, and tracks cost-sensitive things that are not covered by the usual process and highlights them for consideration in rate adjustments or renewal activity.
- Participates in the study, analysis, and formulation of recommendations for the design of complicated account and benefit structures based on the goals of the customers and the administrative, reporting, and system requirements of Aetna.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 60,300 minimum; 130,000 maximum

Requirements:
Required credentials
- Continuous access to a peaceful home office setting for the duration of the shift.
- 3–4 years’ experience working in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong presentation and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of computers and competence with the fundamental MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).
- Using web-based applications and web video conferencing tools must come naturally to the user.
