Responsibilities:

• Plans and manages projects according to a schedule that includes costs, specifications, design, construction, testing, deployment, and benefit tracking.
• Follows the Operational Project Delivery Methodology, best practices for project management, and standard tools, and makes an effort to improve the standard toolkit via practice.
• Participate in the creation of training programs to instruct the delivery teams on the normative procedures.
• Organizes and coordinates the work of cross-company and cross-unit teams (which may include Customer Care, Mail Services, Clinical Ops, Benefits, Disease Management, IT/TI, Product Development, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other corporate entities).
• Helps senior project managers achieve operational excellence while starting and managing operations projects so that the required outcomes are achieved within the set time frame and budget.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• At least 90,000
• The most: 180,000

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

Required credentials

• 7+ years of expertise managing multimillion dollar budgets and aligning, managing, and tracking change across numerous programs.
• 7+ years of productive operation in a sizable, complex, and multifaceted international company.

Recommended Requirements

• Knowledge of global security teams and/or IT infrastructure
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and management of IT programs.
• Knowledge of an enterprise project and portfolio management (PPM) tool (i.e. CA Clarity).
• Want PMP Certification
• Desired: a certified scrum master

Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
