Responsibilities:
We create and manage outstanding Enterprise sales teams. We put together the ideal team, provide them with the tools they need, and facilitate their cooperation.
We offer leadership in the development of the strategies and plans that tenaciously launch new, diverse client relationships and motivate them to go on a company transformation journey. We make sure the strategies are created in collaboration with our strategic partners and resellers, offering solutions for several clients and sectors.
With the goal of acquiring fresh growth prospects that increase acceptance of the Apple ecosystem, we operationalize territorial strategies in collaboration with field AEs and technical teams. For the Region, we are responsible for delivering sales results, including accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline management.
Together with our partners, we plan efficient customer interactions, frequently relying on our prior accomplishments and their experience to increase scale and velocity. To make sure that all obligations are fulfilled and issues are fixed, we follow through.
Requirements:
- Having led a business solutions group that successfully balanced meeting short-term objectives with creating value for new customers and meeting demand for the future
- Leading enterprise sales companies for 8 to 12 years
- Experience in leading an enterprise sales team to achieve substantial revenue goals
- Knowledge of the business market and practical experience in managing sell-to relationships with significant multinational region customers
- Understanding of or exposure to Apple’s business solutions
- Experience leading a remote or geographically scattered team with the ability to lead in a matrix environment and excel at cooperation
- A master at executive customer influence, with strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- A track record of encouraging colleagues and clients
- Able to successfully lead, manage, and inspire sales representatives in demanding circumstances where dealing with C-Suite level executives is the norm.
- Experience in holding teams accountable for meeting sales and customer development goals while fostering a culture of high responsibility for both short- and long-term growth.
