Responsibilities:
- Creates employees
- Uses techniques for increasing sales and reducing costs
- Oversees daily operations related to customer service
- Elicits suggestions from staff members and/or feedback, accepting responsibility for implementation.
- Assures compliance by informing Customer Service Managers, supervisors, and staff of process changes.
- Measures and observes punctuality
- Identifies areas or people that need improvement; creates and puts into practice strategies to boost or improve performance.
- Builds and strengthens the working relationship with vendors, ensuring that everyone fulfills their obligations.
- Guarantees that all internal audit standards are adhered to, and holds responsible for compliance
- All departmental employees’ schedules and staffing requirements are reviewed, and any necessary adjustments are made.
- As necessary, conducts grievance hearings and serves as a grievance hearing officer.
- Provides all clients with a professional and favorable interpretation of the company’s policies
- Assists Directors with interviewing and choosing Customer Service Managers
- Helps/directs the growth of supervisory employees and customer service managers
- Shift employment, which may include weekends, holidays, and evenings
Requirements:
Minimum requirements include education and previous work experience.
- GED equivalent or a high school diploma
- Three years of airline management experience
- 3 years of experience in airport operations
Knowledge, Permits, and Certifications
- Have a current US driver’s license
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- The capacity to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while retaining a professional and efficient approach to high-stress situations
