You will act both strategically and tactically in your role as the Go To Market (GTM) Business Development Manager. Assuring cross-functional coordination and alignment, you will assist in developing and implementing GTM strategy for new incubation services and kick off important initiatives. You will have the chance to assist in leading early market development initiatives as a key team member in this dynamic and rapidly expanding industry, including promoting awareness, acceptance, and partnership and customer growth with lighthouses. You will oversee efforts to prepare the market for solution selling as the company develops by developing new scaling procedures and mechanisms. In order to establish a pipeline that is centered on revenue, adoption, and market penetration, it will be necessary to forge strong partnerships with the service, sales, marketing, and professional services (ProServe) teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own significant projects that support our worldwide go-to-market strategy. Analyze and report on the effects of owned initiatives on the company.
- Establish a strong partnership with sales, making sure they have the core curriculum, training, knowledge of the resources available, and content needed to sell successfully. AWS Connect
- Create new sales tools and communication channels to increase field awareness in order to encourage the creation of pipelines and the use of services.
- Identify, replicate, and scale effective sales strategies for new services with the help of product management and sales.
- Deliver lighthouse customers, achieve adoption and revenue targets, and solicit feedback from customers to inform roadmap decisions
Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience creating, negotiating, and carrying out business agreements
- 5+ years of experience in the military or in the workplace
- Bachelor’s degree Experience creating tactics that affect organizational leadership choices Experience running programs across cross-functional teams, creating processes, and coordinating release schedules
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and carrying out complicated legal agreements Experience reading data and making business suggestions
