Position Description:

This job contributes by demonstrating in-depth understanding of customer needs, external best practices, and internal operations in order to guide knowledge management in designing solutions that generate the greatest possible customer and business outcomes. This position is in the customer service industry, therefore the successful candidate must be quite knowledgeable in this field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of knowledge management specialists that are responsible for content creation, content quality assurance, and the overall content strategy for knowledge management.
• Lead the production and delivery of knowledge material for our GSG servicing colleagues, ensuring that quality standards and processes are adhered to across the team.
• Lead the ongoing improvement of CHC content, with an initial emphasis on the focused rewriting of thousands of CHC articles.
• In collaboration with the Director of Knowledge Management Strategy, develop ongoing governance of GSG knowledge management material.
• Work with the rest of the GLKM team to ensure that knowledge management content is well-written and matched with learning content and business needs.
• Guarantee that article request SLAs are satisfied on time by collaborating on writer capacity.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in the field of knowledge management.
• Knowledge of technical writing standards/principles, as well as expertise working with knowledge management systems and project intake systems, is required.
• Confidence in simplifying complex procedures/information for our colleagues in an easy-to-understand way.
• Outstanding Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to relate project strategies to business objectives and drive desired business outcomes through the establishment of a vision, goals, and objectives that motivate and inspire the group to deliver.
