Our Search Objectives
- The advanced, varied, and confidential administrative tasks that this job explicitly supports the mission need for clerical abilities, judgment, and understanding of University regulations and procedures.
- It takes a high school degree, three years of related work experience, and a practicing Christian. Preferred are an Associates degree and five years of related experience.
- The experience need may be waived with additional schooling.
- The candidates have to be presently allowed to work full-time in the US.
What You’ll Do
- Back up receptionist responsibilities include taking calls and directing them to the right departmental or outside individual.
- Support Counseling Leadership with recruitment specific programs and activities, such as the Baylor Club and Hotel Initiative.
- Assure daily operations of the Campus Visits office, the setup and breakdown of the Fudge Auditorium, inventory of office supplies, and event storage space.
- Plan campus interviews for open jobs, including those for student workers.
- Do calendar and meeting scheduling administrative work for the division.
- Assistant Director may delegate additional responsibilities, and work recruitment events as needed.
- Complete all additional tasks as given to further the objective of Baylor.
- Capability of following University regulations.
- Consistently and on time show up.
