Responsibilities:

• Use evidence-based strategies to inspire, mentor, and assist our members in effectively achieving their objectives.
• Collaborate closely with behavioral case managers, coaches, nurses, psychiatrists, and other clinical team members.
• Pilot experimental treatment procedures and methods
• Take part in instruction based on our in-house curriculum and collaborative care approach.

Requirements:

• Practicing as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC at the highest level of certification
• Bonus points for having licenses in Maryland and other states.
• Technologically adept and at ease with video healthcare
• Driven and invigorated by a vibrant team atmosphere
• Affable and captivating clinical manner
