Qualifications:

• A position for an in-house lawyer with at least seven years of legal expertise is now open at Capgemini’s Financial Services business unit.
• Candidates should have previous experience working in an in-house legal department or a top law firm handling corporate, financial services, and/or technological transactions.
• The lawyer will assist our Financial Services customers in the insurance, banking, and capital markets businesses with different commercial concerns.
• The ability to independently create, negotiate, and manage deals is a requirement for this role.
• Candidates should have knowledge of alliance agreements, technology agreements, professional services agreements, global framework agreements, and other client-facing contracts.
• Candidates should be knowledgeable with legal matters concerning technology, privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.
• Candidates should have strong work ethics, outstanding legal and interpersonal skills, the capacity to manage various projects while setting priorities as needed, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• To give legal advice, the attorney would be required to collaborate closely with client teams and senior members of the Financial Services business unit.
