Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and the opposing attorney
- Conducting legal research and preparing a variety of legal papers, particularly for the manufacturing sector.
- Assisting lawyers and employees in the practice groups department with internal legal audits and risk evaluations
- Examine, write, and compile documentation related to intellectual property and patent infringement.
Requirements:
- Must have writing, research, and analytical skills in law
- Strong academic credentials and recommendations
- Knowledge of Manufacturing
- Experience with Patent Law required
- Basic understanding of contract manufacturing
- Comprehensive knowledge of patent attorneys
- Knowledge in contract management
- Mastery of Manufactured Goods
- Excellent organizing and writing abilities and a keen eye for detail
- A qualified attorney
- Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
- The capacity to work well under pressure in a dynamic setting, prioritize customer needs, and adjust to sudden changes while maintaining diligence
