Working with LSA as an Instant Remote Interpretation Service (IRIS) Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting language communication across a range of assignments as a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Use a web-based system to interpret
• promptly returning incoming calls and offering top-notch customer support

Requirements:

• Complete proficiency in Spanish and English
• Follow the Professional Conduct Code
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities while operating in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
• Positivity and professionalism when speaking on the phone with customers of all kinds of businesses
• Working knowledge of Windows environments (recommended)
• Computer Troubleshooting abilities (optional)
• One to three years of prior interpreting experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
