- Use your knowledge to help store managers hire and onboard staff that have the necessary qualifications and experience for their teams by comprehending customer and business needs.
- Create a group of HR Professionals and Team Leaders (if necessary) that support the entire store staff by resolving issues, removing obstacles, and involving each team member in a way that ties them to Target’s mission.
- Plan and manage all team operational and cyclical initiatives relating to culture, compensation, rewards, and benefits successfully to increase team member engagement and reduce disruption to the business.
