Responsibilities:

A co-op student to join the Delta Human Resources Project and Process Quality team is needed. The team is concentrated on helping the HR organization complete challenging, people-centered initiatives successfully. Project to project, the topics covered can change, but examples include large HR IT implementations, updates to crucial procedures, and improvements to the employee experience. Co-Ops will collaborate with skilled project managers to create project plans, assess resource and budget requirements, organize meetings, create slide decks, address team administrative requirements, and complete other duties. Additionally, Co-Ops will communicate directly with our internal business partners in IT and HR.

A tremendous transition is taking place within the Delta HR group. You will be able to actively participate in that change with the help of these roles. Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in project management, industrial engineering, or a topic linked to human resources at an institution of higher learning with accreditation
  • Must be able to dedicate themselves to the three alternating rotations in the years 2024, 2024, and 2025.
  • For the duration of the Co-op rotations, the student must be able to work on-site at our Atlanta, Georgia, office.
  • Visio and MS Project expertise are plusses.
  • Observation of details
  • For this position, a great degree of discretion is required.
  • Spring 2023, Fall 2023, and Summer 2024 are the 3 alternate semesters for which you must be available.
  • Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
  • Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
  • Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
