HR Generalist – Remote Jobs

Job Type: HR Generalist from home
Location: Texas work from home

For a 5–6 month engagement, our client in the Galleria area needs an HR Generalist. With some days spent in the office, this position is primarily remote. The ideal candidate will have HR experience or be a recent graduate.
Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the company’s random drug testing
- Planning and observance
- Small project filing
- Data entry for new hires
- Billing codes
- Create onboarding strategies and provide new hires with training on HR principles, internal processes, and laws
- Keep records of employees’ benefits, attendance, and other documentation, such as annual reviews, in both physical and digital form.
- Create formal internal papers like letters of offer, appointment, wage adjustment, revisions to the employee handbook, leave of absences, and letters of warning or termination.
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new workers in conjunction with other HR team members.
- Responsible for carrying out numerous responsibilities and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR department
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ADP
- Knowledge of Workday and ability to work remotely
- Think critically.
