Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning the conference room should include, but not be limited to, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the furniture, and organizing the cabinets.
  • Place all required goods in the kitchen and pantry.
  • Check the supply closets for an inventory of all the pantry items.
  • Kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, offices, mopping floors, dusting, loading/unloading dishwashers, cleaning glass doors and walls at reception are all part of the general office cleaning.
  • Weekly cleaning of the interior of the refrigerator
  • Responsible for special cleaning and facilities tasks, such as cleaning all office glass walls and doors, all workstation fronts, spot-treating carpets, replacing lighting, and cleaning furniture.
  • Report any damaged or broken office equipment to the manager (e.g., lightbulbs in the bathroom that need to be changed, broken cabinets, unfunctional water dispenser, etc.)
  • All brass door and stair rails should be polished.
  • Cleaning of offices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant cleaning experience in an office setting are required.
  • Able to perform an 8-hour shift from Monday through Friday
  • Ability to periodically provide backup shift coverage when necessary
  • Being able to multitask and finish everything on time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Active member of the team
  • Verify that CAA guidelines are always followed.
  • Great focus on detail is necessary.
  • Must be able to operate in a busy setting with many interruptions.

Physical prerequisites

  • lifting and/or transporting goods weighing up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis while lifting no more than 50 lbs. In order to perform the job, you must climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, see, and feel. Any or all of them might entail repetitious labour. It can be necessary to stand or move about while working the entire shift.

Handling materials

  • Knowing how to use and handle cleaning agents, materials, and instruments, which may or may not need for the usage of safety gear. utilizing goods in a way that promotes the general security of the staff, visitors, and coworkers.

Professionalism:

  • Follow the rules set forth by the facility, including the safe working practices.
  • Keep up regular and polished attendance, punctuality, and appearance.
  • Help and collaborate with your housekeeping coworkers on tasks, workflow, and routines.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments (Conference Room Scheduling, Catering, Set-ups and Facilities).
  • Respond to pagers and phones.
  • Put on the given uniform.

This position will be headquartered in New York, New York.

Pay: The starting hourly pay for this job is $20.00. Benefits and a bonus are also available for this employment.
