Responsibilities:

• Own the vision and mission of the product.
• Own the product roadmap and share it with the rest of the company and your clients.
• Serve as the focal point for gathering requirements from a broad range of stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and business development teams, as well as portfolio managers at current and potential clients and custodians.
• Set priorities for the development team’s projects and tasks so that everyone in the company can trust that whatever we are doing at any given time is the most crucial thing to deliver.
• Clearly specify the demands of the product’s consumers and the business in product requirement documents so that developers get the information they need to build a product efficiently.
• Be the go-to authority on how and why the present products function, and if appropriate, provide others with documentation of your knowledge.
• Possess knowledge of the direction the market is taking and the market’s competitors.
• Be able to define metrics, track them, and measure performance and quality.
• Maintain alignment and motivation between the product and development teams.
• The product managers in the team should be attracted, developed, and trained.

Requirements:

• A thorough knowledge of Ethereum’s Proof-of-Stake rewards design mechanism.
• The capacity to ramp up quickly and master ten more supported asset chains’ staking rewards algorithms.
• Dealing with on-chain data in a practical way.
• Capabilities in quantitative modeling.
• Strong developer empathy, understanding the level of work needed to create the features and products you define.
• Good to have
• Working knowledge of many different Proof-of-Stake chains, including staking resources, rewards programs, and validator operator duties.
• Dealing with institutional asset managers in either traditional finance or cryptocurrency.
• Working knowledge of crypto custodians.
• Some knowledge of basic cryptographic development.
