To expand our staff, Park Place Tempe is looking for a gregarious and focused guest service agent. Serving as our guests’ initial point of contact, you will provide them outstanding service and make sure they have a relaxing and pleasurable stay.

In this position, you will welcome visitors upon their arrival, handle guest requests and questions, finish the check-in and check-out procedures, and give details on hotel amenities and nearby activities. The ideal applicant will be highly detail-oriented, possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to multitask in a hectic work setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in visitors, making sure that everything goes well and quickly.
• Respond quickly and expertly to requests and questions from visitors.
• Give precise details regarding hotel amenities, services, and nearby sights.
• Handle money transfers and uphold precise visitor accounts
• In order to meet the demands of guests and guarantee their pleasure, collaborate with other hotel departments.
• Keep the front desk area tidy and orderly. Address client complaints or difficulties. Promote and upsell hotel items or services to improve the guest experience.
• Observe hotel policies and guidelines to guarantee the security and safety of visitors.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a hotel or customer service capacity Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• strong ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with the ability to use computer systems and hotel management software with proficiency
• Capacity to manage money and correctly process payments
• Familiarity with nearby points of interest and capacity to make suggestions to visitors
• Adaptable hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• a high school degree or its equivalent
• Speaking multiple languages well is advantageous.
