To supplement our current team, the SaaS Academy Marketing is looking for a talented contract graphic designer. An intense attention to detail, a love of imaginative design, and the capacity to effectively handle several projects and responsibilities are characteristics of the perfect applicant. It is essential to have prior experience with print work, landing pages, and thumbnail creation. Our new hire will be able to prioritize urgent work, operate autonomously, meet deadlines, move projects forward, and realize their concepts in a way that is consistent with our well-known brand.

Responsibilities:

The three main facets of the graphic designer position are as follows:

  • YouTube Content Thumbnail Creation: You will be instrumental in establishing the SaaS Academy and YouTube Channels’ visual identities as our Graphic Designer. Making captivating thumbnails that capture each video’s spirit and entice viewers to click will be a major duty. Additionally, you will be in charge of evaluating performance, which can entail doing A/B testing on your thumbnails. Your remarkable artistic abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to produce aesthetically pleasing visuals that conform to our brand guidelines will play a pivotal role in promoting engagement and expansion across both platforms.
  • Designing and building lead landing pages in HubSpot and monitoring the pages’ effectiveness through HubSpot reporting are the duties associated with this position. You will be responsible for creating useful pages and clearly conveying the intended messaging by using templates. Along with supporting marketing campaigns, your job description will also include making sure all graphics adhere to the SaaS Academy’s logo and messaging.
  • Print Material Creation for On-Site Events: You will be a key member of our marketing and events teams, helping them to finish the print designs for all of the collateral that will be used for our events in 2024. Your ability to appropriately reflect the brand and successfully communicate the desired messaging in print materials will be greatly aided by your strong design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work well with others in the team.
  • Apart from the three main responsibilities of this position, this individual will also assist with projects across the entire organization as needed.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Three to five years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with the HubSpot Design Manager and HubSpot Database Developer Tools, as well as the HubSpot Content Management System
  • Experience designing for social media
  • Experience adhering to defined brand standards
  • Knowledge of basic design principles like composition, typography, and color theory
  • Agile background
  • Task and project management abilities
  • Management of creative assets
  • The capacity to adhere to deadlines

Preferred:

  • Open dialogue is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS Coding Experience
