In order to elevate our WebstaurantStore brand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design Manager to oversee a new team of designers. Working with other design teams that handle print, marketing, and digital design in addition to our media teams will be a part of this work.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure incoming design requests are clear and actionable by streamlining and clarifying them.
• Oversee and enhance the process to guarantee adherence to design guidelines and branding goals.
• Weekly duties should be estimated, prioritized, and assigned to ensure effective teamwork.
• Keep an eye on the team’s output while keeping up with demand and project deadlines.
• Monitor the status of the project and give regular updates and ETAs.
• To maintain and improve design quality, do internal design reviews.
• Take part in online meetings, keep up with project updates, and modify tactics as necessary.
• Create and put into place procedures that will increase output and team morale.
• Grow the team by recruiting and prospecting for new talent.
• Encourage an environment of open communication by being in constant contact with your team members.
• Assist designers in achieving their goals and developing professionally.
• Take the lead and participate in brainstorming and critiquing sessions.
• Promote design solutions by serving as a link between the design department and other departments.
• Participate in the development of the brand strategy, helping to identify areas for improvement and upholding brand standards.
